Wash care 

It is advised to wash this bag separately.

Do not expose it to direct sunlight.

• Hand wash 
• OR Wash in cold water in a slow cycle with mild detergent or less quantity of normal detergent.

PLEASE NOTE: Mild bleeding is normal for naturally dyed bags. The bleeding stabilises after a few initial washes.

Exchange and Return

We do not accept returns as all products are made to order. 

However, if the product is wrongfully delivered or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
