Madras Checks Beaded Organza - Set, A striking three-piece ensemble crafted in sheer organza, this set reinterprets traditional Madras checks through a contemporary, conceptual lens. Naturally dyed with iron, both pieces develop a deep black tone enriched through slow, mineral-based processes.

The shirt features all-over silver bead embroidery arranged in a structured grid, while the matching organza pants extend the Madras checks–inspired motif across the silhouette. Intentional breaks within the beaded grid disrupt the pattern — symbolising the translation between past and present. These controlled “glitches” echo digital distortion, bridging heritage textile references with modern visual culture.

Cut from our signature 022 shirt pattern, the top offers an easy fit with gentle waist shaping and a softly curved U-hem, balancing structure with comfort.

• Wash separately in cold water with mild detergent or a small amount of regular detergent.
• Hand wash for silk and gentle machine cycle for cotton & linen in diluted soap water —no bleach, no hot water please!
• Avoid direct sunlight to preserve the color. Store in Cool and Dry Conditions.
• A little color bleeding in the first few washes is normal—like a gentle reminder of its natural origins! 💛
